When you start the quest, you will get the first clue. Read it, and it will give you some instructions about where to find the first treasure. You need to go to this location, as shown on the map below.
There will be a building with a blue roof; you have to go up on the roof and find a windmill across the building.
After that, you will need to jump towards the windmill to reach its top and find the chest there. Open the chest to find the second clue.
It leads you to the south of the windmill town. When you climb on the cliff, you will find three pillars that require ice. Activate them, and then you will get another chest; it will lead you to the next clue where you find the boss of level 10.
You can easily kill him; target his eye as it’s his weak spot, and at the end, you will get the reward of completing the quest. You can also report to Kaeya, or you can also go to the treasure location directly. It’s up to you.
