Attributes and Perks
Phantom Liberty raised the level cap to 60. Then intelligence stat primarily impacts quick hacks and smart weapons. You have to focus on one or two attribute categories to get the most out of a build. The Reinforced Tendon Cyberware upgrade is a must-have for every build.
1. Fire Samurai Build
