Abilities & skills

Fischl is one of the best characters for electro reactions and electro DPS. She is an off-field DPS who provides electro-damage and helps her party members. Fischl hits five times with her normal attacks and does physical damage. You can use her charged attack to deal electro damage. There are two methods to use her skills; Press and Hold.

With Press, she will instantly summon her bird, Oz. While the Hold method allows you to place it anywhere you want. This bird deals electro damage. When you use her skill ability, she will deal electro damage, and then the bird will deal electro damage for 10 seconds. If you have C2, the Aoe of the Oz increases up to 50%. You can combine a reaction with it to improve the damage.

Her A4 passive is very good for reaction damage and she can deal electro damage equal to 80% of her attack. Fischl’s element hit strikes the opponent ten to eleven times and reacts on every fourth hit. She can generate eight particles and can also perform snapshots. But it lasts for only 10 seconds and has a 25-second cooldown time. So you need to use your ultimate to balance it out.

When you use the ultimate, she will transform herself into a bird and then you can easily move around the enemy. So you must use the ultimate as soon as possible. When Fischl hits Oz with a fully charged shot, Oz will deal Aoe electro damage because of her first passive skill.

Fischl level stats

You have to level up skills, ultimate, and then the normal attacks. You must level Fischl up to 90 because you have to use her in reaction combinations. She will gain a 24% attack boost on level 90.

Constellations

C2, C3, and C6 are very important constellations. If you have these constellations, you can easily build her,

Best Artifacts

The Golden Troupe set works best with Fischl and it will boost her skill damage. You can also use 4-piece Gilded Dreams which will give you EM and an attack bonus. You have the option to use a 4-piece Thundering Fury and also a 4-piece Tenacity for team support. If you are an early-game player, then you can use a 2-piece Gambler’s Brooch to gain skill damage. You can use a 2-piece Instrutor’s Brooch for a dendro reaction at an early stage. You also have the option to use a 4-piece Berserker’s Rose.

You have to add attack and EM in sands. The electro-damage goblet is necessary for this build. IN circlet, you can use crit rate and crit damage to balance your ratio. Your sub-stat’s priority should be crit, crit damage, attack, and EM. If you are a solo unit, 120 to 130 energy is enough for her. The minimum crit rate must be more than 60 and crit damage more than 130.

Best Weapons

You can use any attack or crit weapon for Fischl. If you are making a dendro build, then The Stringless R5 is the best option. You can use Elegy for the End and Alley Hunter for team support. You can use Prototype Crescent and Song of Stilness as F2P weapons. You can also go with Fading Twilight, as its passive is very good for Fischl.

Best Teams

Fischl best pairs with Beidou because Beidou boosts her damage. You can run any two units with them and make life easy for you. The first best team combination is Fischl, Yaoyao, Keqing, and Kaedehara Kazuha. The second-best team is Fischl, Beidou, Xingqiu, and Sucrose. Xingqiu will reduce damage and Sucrose will provide EM. The third one is the overload team including Fischl, Bunnett, Riden Shogun, and Kaedehara Kazuha.

The next team combination is especially for the early-stage players, including Bunnett, Fischl, Xingqiu, and Xiangling. You can also go with the spread team which includes Fischl, Kaedehara Kazuha, Tighnari, and Kuki Shinobu. The last team combination is Fischl, Xingqiu, Beidou, and Kaeya.
