The whole administration system is divided into seven levels arranged by seniority.
In the first level, you have to become a helper and get to answer players’ reports in-game. Such as, how to perform this or that quest or how to transfer money to a friend and so on.

Taking registration seriously is key to success, you must try to highlight the key points perhaps to load pictures in general. Do everything stylish and minimalistic as leadership is always trying to choose creative individuals who know how to beautifully design topics on the forum.
In theory, you can give the application and become a helper perhaps the first time you enter the server but the tricky part about this is that you’ll need to talk to a senior admin in discord and they wanna know you.
You need to ask about the server rules and try to be as polite as possible in the conversation. Think through this in advance to give a nice answer to the question.
To skip the helper step and go for a level 2 admin position, you need to become a leader to do this visit the forum again and select applications for leaders. Apply there and you’ll be called up.
After becoming a leader, you have to stand out as much as possible.
To do that try to develop their faction by arranging training if you’re an army or police leader or if you run a criminal gang tries repainting all the graphite in the color of your gang.
Most importantly if you are the leader, then you have to become a mentor and an example to all employees. You have to love your faction and inspire other people with this love then all of your leadership terms will be pleasantly remembered forever.
Then the management of the server will 100% invite you to join the ranks of the team administrators, becoming part of it.

At the first level, you can play freely while responding to complaints regarding the gameplay. On the second level, it is the same as above but now you can issue penalties, answer technical questions, and more. Each administrator starting from level 2 is assigned to the supervision of a faction.
