After you open it up, there will be actual files in it. You don’t have to put all of the files simultaneously because they will disallow each other. So you have to choose any one of them. Now drag the file to your desktop and open your Sims 4 folder. Now drag it to your folder.
Now open your game and go to the Game Option. Then head to Other. You have to make sure that you checked the Enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed. After this, click on Apply Changes.
