You will find all the sims in your library. If you install Sims 4 for the first time,  you may not find all of your sims in your library because you have not set the path to the Sims folder. To solve this, you have to go to the FILE at the top left corner of the screen.

And then, navigate to Settings, go to the game options, and there you have to set the location of your game folder, as shown in the image below.

And now you have to give the same location path to the second drop-down option, as shown in the above image. Save the settings, and then you will find all of your sims in the library.

Now to find the CC pieces in your sims you need to follow the steps below:

Click on Sim, then go to the CC option at the top of Sim, as shown in the image below.

When you click on that, you will find all of its Custom Content on that Sim. It is all the Custom Content of the Sim you selected.

And if you have got the Sim out of the gallery and you also save them in the library, but still, if you don’t have the custom content that Sim has, their CC will not show here. The CC will only show if it is in your mods folder; you can find the CC on Google as well, so what you need to do is you need to right-click on the content and click on Find on Google

When you click on it, it will jump you to the new tab of Google, and you can see it on Google, it will also link you to find that where it is from.

Now you have to go to the cc packs website link, which is for the cc content, and when you click it, you will find the dress in a new tab, and now you have to copy the link as shown in the image below.

Copy that, and link it with your CC list.

Now, if you want to delete some of your custom content, you have to click on the Sim and then go to the cc and select the file, or if you want to delete all of the custom content, then you have to select all the files and then right-click on it and select the shoe containing folder option.

It will open all the content files folder, and then you have to right-click on that selected file and select the delete option to remove the content in CC.

After deleting it, you have to close the tab and then the same with the second, third, and other content files folders. You can also delete the specific file you want by navigating it, right-click on it, open the file location, and delete the selected file.

Through this method, you can find the CC you used on your Sim.

If you want to find the tray files of your Sim, then first you have to open the Sim, and now you have to navigate the export arrow sign on the top right side next to the Save button, as shown in the image below.

When you click it, you will find two options for export. If you go with the export with CC option, then it will export the same file as all of the files are merged with the Sim, so that is why you have to export without CC, and when you select the export option then you will be jumped to the desktop folder as shown in the image below.

Now you have to save it with charlie.zip and then click on save as shown below.

And then, you have to go to the desktop and find the saved zip file, then you have to open it, and there you will find all of the tray files of the Sim, as shown in the image below.
