This guide will let you know how to fix the Controller Not Working on a PC in WARZONE 2 & MW2.
First, you have to open steam and go to the big picture mod by clicking on it at the top right side of your screen. After that, go to the controller options to make sure that you are playing the game with global settings. After that, launch the game again and see if your issue is fixed. If your issue is still not resolved, then need to go back to the controller option and try setting this to Forced OFF or set it to force On. Hopefully, this will fix your issue.
After that, boot up your game, click on options and then tap on the keyboard or mouse if you are playing on a PC. If you are playing on PS or Xbox, then you have to select the controller. Under the input device, you have to set the aiming input device to your controller.
