This error occurs when you try to use the gift card or credit cards etc., or it may also occur to the credit card itself. When you try to input the card information to buy a game, this error will pop up on your screen. There are two ways to fix this error.
Method 1:
You have to wait for almost 48 hours so that this error will go away because the company SONY thinks this is a big block trying to attack their console. They take it very seriously, so that is why they don’t let you proceed.
After 48 hours, you have to reattempt it and put the card information correctly.
Method 2:
You have to use your web browser or the app and do the same method as before, which will help you to fix it. If it is a gift card or credit card, you have to buy the Playstation vouchers or Psn cards from online platforms with the same price and then redeem them in the PlayStation store. To do so, you have to go to the Playstation store, scroll down and then go to the redeem code option, as shown in the image below.
After that, you have to enter the code and then press the Continue button.
