Jolt and Voltaic strikes are the pistols and melee variants of the 60/60 electric mods, and now you can only buy them from Baro when he shells the mods every so often. Although you can always trade with other players to get the mods you are looking for if you don’t want to wait for Baro.
The other two 60/60 electric mods are Shell shock and High voltage, which can drop as a C rotation reward from getting hidden caches on a hive sabotage mission.
