To start off, you will need to make sure that you have the blueprints for all the Exocraft. Or just for the Exocraft, you want by using salvaged data to purchase the blueprints from the space anomaly.
Once you have the blueprints, you have to make a base using the base computer on any planet and build the Exocraft geobays for whatever Exocraft you want.
In order to be able to summon your Exocrafts wherever you want without having to rebuild geobays, you have to build an orbital Exocraft materializer on your freighter if you have one. Once you have that build, you can spawn your Exocraft, no matter where you are as long as your freighter is in the same system as you.
