Crossing snakes can drop from a semi-large range of enemies, mostly grineer, but there is one enemy that it can drop from. The enemy doesn’t have the lowest drop rates for the mod, so you can prefer farming this enemy when farming for this mod.
Before starting, you will need to make sure you have a few nightfall apothics as you will need them to spawn the enemy you’re looking for.
You will need to look for the silver grove that you can find in just about any of the missions on earth (except defense, Interception, and missions of that nature).
Once you get on the mission, you have to look for the silver grove, randomly found in the level. However, if the silver grove has spawned in your mission and you start to get near it, the lotus will say something about it. So make sure that you’re paying attention while looking for it, and you have to explore the entire level.
Now crossing snakes out of the mods that can drop from the spectre has the lowest drop chance but not ridiculously low like stance mods normally are. There are only four possible mods that can drop from this specific spectre, so it shouldn’t take you an insane amount of time to get the mod unless you get unlucky.
