Deuterium is gotten mainly only in two ways. The first way you can get it is by buying it from vendors you can find at space stations, and trading posts, just about any traders you can find anywhere.
You can also make Deuterium through refining by using either a large or medium refiner and putting Di-hydrogen and tritium in a refiner and you will get deuterium as a result.
