1- First you have to go to the Xbox home screen and press the Xbox button on your controller. A menu will appear on the left side of your screen and you need to select the gamerpic from the top left of your menu. After that, the Sign-in menu will appear.
2- Now you need to click on your profile and a new window will open in front of you. On this window, you have to click on Appear Offline. Now the “Appearing offline” message will appear under your username which indicates that you are appearing Offline to other users.
