Cyan shields are defensive tools that are used for protecting the player against attacks.
To make Cyan Shield, you’ll need Wood Blocks, Iron Ore, Iron Ingot using Furnace, Wood Planks, Shield with Iron ingot, Sheep Wool, Cactus, Lapis Lazuli, Cactus Green Dye, Cyan Dye, Cyan Wool, Wooden Sticks and Cyan Banner. Please follow the following steps to make Cyan Shield.
Wood Blocks
In order to make a cyan shield, the basic item you need to get is any kind of wood logs. Go towards the forest and get at least 2 logs of wood.
Iron Ore
The next item you’d need to find is iron ore. Equip your stone pickaxe and find at least one iron ore block. You will find some under the ground.
Iron ingot using furnace
You need to use the furnace to make iron ingots. Make your way to the furnace and add coal and iron ore blocks in it. Add one iron ores in the upper box and coal in the lower box to get iron ingot in the right-side box of the furnace. Add this iron ingot into your “ready to use” stock.
Wood Planks
After that you have to make wooden planks from Oak wood blocks that you have collected. Move to the crafting table and add wood block into any cell of 3*3 crafting grid to get wood planks in the right-side box of the crafting table. One wood block will give you 4 wooden planks. Bring these wooden planks into your inventory.
Shield with Iron ingot
Add wooden planks and iron ingot on the crafting grid in the same way as shown in the image below. Add 2 wooden planks and an iron ingot in the first row where the ingot takes the middle position. Add three wooden planks in the second row and one wooden plank in the middle of the third row. You will get a shield in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add it into your “ready to use” stock.
Sheep Wool
Now the next item you will need to find is a sheep. Find one in the fields and get at least six wools out of them by using shears. No need to kill the sheep.
Cactus
Now you will have to find three cactus to use in a furnace with coal in order to get cactus green dye. You will get cactus in desert biomes.
Lapis Lazuli
The Next required item will be the lapis lazuli. You will have to find and get at least 3 lapis lazuli gemstones.
Cactus Green Dye
Make your way to the furnace and add three cactus blocks in the top box and coal in the lower box, you will get three cactus green dye in the right side box to the furnace. Bring these dyes in your inventory.
Cyan Dye
Now move to the crafting table and open 3*3 crafting grid. Add three lapis lazuli gemstones and three cactus green dyes in adjacent cells of your choice and you will get 6 cyan dyes in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add these dyes into your “ready to use” stock.
Cyan Wool
Now you need to craft cyan wools by adding 6 wools and 6 cyan dyes in adjacent cells of the 3*3 crafting grid in the same way as shown in the image below. You will get six cyan wools in the right side box of the crafting table. Add these into your inventory to use later.
Wooden Sticks
Now you need to craft sticks from wood planks. So add 2 wood planks in the 3*3 crafting grid as shown in image below. You will get wood sticks in the right-side box of the crafting table. Two wood planks can give you four sticks. Add them in your inventory to use later.
Cyan Banner
Now you need to make a Cyan banner so that you can use it to make a cyan shield. Add six cyan wools and a stick on 3*3 crafting grid, where first and second row should consist of three cyan wools each and third row should have only one stick in the middle cell. This will give you a cyan banner in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this cyan banner in your “ready to use” stock.
Cyan Shield
Now finally you can craft your required cyan shield. Add shield and cyan banner in adjacent cells of any row of the crafting grid and you will get a cyan shield in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this cyan shield in your “ready to use” stock.
