Block of coal is a compact and the best way to store coal. The purpose of a coal block is to use it as fuel or decoration. You can use it to cook raw mutton and make other things by using a furnace.
To make a block of coal, the basic material required is coal. Find and collect the coal ores and use them to craft a block of coals.

You will have to find and collect at least 9 coals. Take your axe and collect them by crushing coal ores.

Make your way to the crafting table and open up 3*3 crafting grid. You need to add coals on the crafting grid by following the pattern in the image below. This will craft a coal block for you. Add this coal block into your inventory.
