Gray Terracotta is a block with blast resistance and you can also use it for decoration. To make Gray Terracotta, you will need Raw Clay, Clay Blocks, Terracotta using Furnace, Skeleton Bone, Squid for Ink Sac, Bone Meal and Gray Dye. Please follow the following steps to make Gray Terracotta.
In order to make terracotta, the basic item you need is clay. You will have to find and get at least 32 clays. You can find them under the water.
After that you will have to craft clay blocks from raw clays that you have found. Make your way to the crafting table and add 32 clays in four adjacent cells of 3*3 crafting grid, where each cell should contain 8 clays. You will get 8 clay blocks in the right-side box of the crafting table, as 4 clays can make 1 clay block. Add these blocks into your inventory.
Terracotta using Furnace
Move to the furnace just next to the crafting table to make terracotta blocks. Add 8 clays in the upper box and coal in the lower box to get 8 terracotta blocks as output in the right-side box of the furnace. Add these blocks into your inventory.
The next item that you will need to get is skeleton bone. You will have to find and kill at least one skeleton to get a bone.
Squid for Ink Sac
The next required item is ink sac. You will have to find and kill squid to get ink sac. Look for them in the water.
Now you will have to go towards the crafting table to add skeleton bone in crafting area, where you will add skeleton bone at the center cell of the 3*3 crafting grid. You will get bone meal in the right-side box of the crafting table. Take it into your inventory.
Add bone meal and ink sac in adjacent cells of any row or column of the crafting grid. You will get gray dye in the right-side box of the crafting table. Bring this dye into your inventory.
Now finally you can craft Gray Terracotta. Open up crafting table once more and add Gray Dye in the center cell and Eight Terracotta blocks in all remaining cells of 3*3 crafting grid as shown in the image below. You will get Eight Gray Terracotta blocks in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these into your “ready to use” stock.
