Shears are one of the craftable blocks in the game. It is used to collect wool from sheep.
To make shears, you’ll need Iron Ore, Iron Ingot using Furnace. Please follow the following steps to make Shears.
Iron Ore
In order to make shears, the basic item that you need to find is iron ore. Equip your stone pickaxe and get at least two iron ore blocks. You will find some under the ground.
Iron Ingot using Furnace
Now you need to use the furnace to get iron ingot as you have iron ore blocks in stock. Go towards the furnace to add coal and iron ore blocks in it. Add two iron ore in the upper box and coal in the lower box to get two iron ingots in the right-side box of the furnace. Bring these iron ingots in your “ready to use” stock.
Shears
Now you can craft shears using a crafting table. Add two iron ingots in two diagonal cells of the crafting grid as shown in the image below. You will get shears in the right side box of the crafting table. Add this item in your “ready to use” stock.
