This guide will show you how to ride bikes in The Sims 4 (Growing Together). You will also learn how to ride together with friends and put a bike in your inventory.
The first thing you will need to do is go into the build mode, input “bicycle” ad choose “Bicycle in Off The Grid Outdoor Activities“. Or you can simply press the Enter button on your keyboard. To check if the children sims can use the bicycle, go to bicycle and it will say “Supports Children” at the end of the text.
Practice Riding Bik
Select the bicycle and place it on the ground. After that, go back to the live mode and children first needs to learn how to ride a bicycle. Make sure to control a child sim, then click on the bicycle and choose the “Practice Riding Bike” option. It will take some time to practice bicycle riding. It will increase the Motor skill of your sim and they will also gain the “Biking is Hard” moodlet. You need to wait until the angry moodlet is over to start the practice again.
Learn riding a bicycle from adult sim
If an adult sim teaches you to ride bicycles if an adult sim teaches them. For this, you need to choose the adult sim, tap on the bicycle and choose the “Teach (name) to Ride a Bike” option.
click on the bicycle while controlling a child sim and then select the “Ask (Name) for Help with Bike Riding” option. You must repeat the process until your sim learns it.
Ride with your friends
Now to travel with your friends, you need to click on the ground and choose the “Bike Here Together” option.
Put bicycles in your inventory
Your sim can also carry bicycles in their inventory. Click on the bike and drag & drop it into the inventory while holding it.
