Give yourself cheats
In this section, we will take you through steps to get cheats for yourself by becoming a server operator. The steps include accessing the Console tab and typing a command to become a server operator.
- Check that your server is turned on and running. If it’s not, you need to turn it on.
- Look for the Console tab on the left side.
It should be located just below the Options tab.
- After that. click on the Console tab to open up a console window.
- Type “/op (your name)” into the command window and press Enter.
This command will give you operator privileges on the server.
- Once you have become a server operator, you can change the game mode, set the time, and change the weather.
Give someone cheats
The section describes how to give someone cheats in the game by making them a server operator. The steps include typing a command in the Console tab to give them operator status and the ability to change game settings.
- You can also make your friend a server operator by typing “/op (your friend’s name)” into the command window.
Replace “(your friend’s name)” with the name of the friend you want to make a server operator
- After that, hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
Your friend will now be a server operator, with the same privileges as you.
- If you want to get cheats back from the friend, type “/deop (your friend’s name)” into the command window.
Replace “(your friend’s name)” with the name of the friend you want to remove operator status from.
- After that, press Enter to send the command.
Your friend will no longer be a server operator, and will not have access to the same cheats as before.
