To solve this puzzle, you will need to push the sword into the head.
But as you walk closer, the sound intensifies, and your character blacks out before reaching the sword.
To complete this, you need to go into the setting, navigate to the Audio menu and turn your sound off as you approach.
With the sound off, you’ll be able to walk right up to the sword to complete the puzzle.
Your game sound will automatically turn back on after completing the puzzle.
