You need to hire only one employee at the start, and it will cost you three hundred and fifty perk points to unlock the ability to hire a staff, as shown in the image below.
You will also earn perk points from what your employees do in your business, and they can also clean your store. These employees will also help you with the sales pitches to restock and close sales and give you a lot of perk points. You will need to appreciate your employees while working to keep them happier, as shown in the image below.
