You can find the Gnomes in Coral Castle very easily. You have to find them to complete the challenge. It is recommended to play in the Team Rumble. After getting into the match, you have to come to Coral Castle.
There you will get the 1st Gnome at the nearest structure to the lighthouse, as you can see in the image below. You will find the Gnome at the top of the hill, press the X button on Xbox and the square button on PS to get it.
The second location is very close to the first structure. Go there, and you will find the structure, as you can see in the image below. There you will get the 2nd Gnome.
You can find the 3rd Gnome over the edge of the hill. You will need to go inside it to get it. These are the locations where you can find the Gnomes in Coral Castle to complete the challenge.
