This guide will tell you how to Activate your PS5/PS4 account as a Primary (ENABLE GAME SHARING & UNLOCK GAMES).
First of all, you have to go to the home screen of your PS5 and click on settings in the top right corner of your screen. In settings, you need to go to Users and Accounts and then navigate to others. After that, select Console Sharing and Offline Play.
On the console sharing page, you have to make sure that it is not disabled. If it is disabled, then the users on the same console cannot access your games.
In case you are using PS4, then you need to go under the Account Management settings and navigate to Activate as Your Primary PS4. After that, click on Activate.
In the case of a PC, you have to go to the Sony account management website and sign in using your account. After that, click on Device Management from the left side and you will find your PS console, you have to click on it and then select Deactivate All Devices. But remember that you can only do this after every six months. After doing this, you have to change your password and then activate the devices again.
If you are still facing the problem, then you have to go back to the home screen of your PS5 and go to settings. Navigate to User and Accounts, then select Other and click on Restore Licenses. It will work for both PS5 and PS4.
