Step 1
To breed striders, you will first need to go to the nether.

You will also need access to a warped forest biome.
Step 3
Once you find one, you have to collect as many warped fungus as you can find.
Step 4
After that, find a lava lake and bring a saddle and a warped fungus on a stick, if possible.
Step 5
You can now ride a strider and find two adult striders to breed.
Step 6
You will need to feed two adult striders a warped fungus each, creating a baby strider.
You can breed striders every 5 minutes, and a baby strider will take 20 minutes to become an adult.
