The first thing you will need to do is boot up your game and press the options button to open up the menu. After that, click on settings on the Interface and select the Color Customization tab.
Now here you can apply a color filter and set the color filter target to both. You have to set the HUD color palette if you are color-blind, then scroll down and you will get the option to change your team color, your party color, and also your enemy color.
After that, close the game, go to the home page of your PlayStation, and navigate to settings. Then you need to go to Screen and Video and select Adjust HDR under the Video output. You can use the d-pad on your controller to make the image in the center brighter or darker. After that, go to the 2nd, then to the 3rd screen and adjust the HDR according to your choice.
Now you have to go back to the settings page and navigate to the Accessibility tab. Under Display and Sound, you need to select Color Correction. If you have color blindness, then you can turn ON the color filter and select from the options.
