First, you have to plug a USB into your PlayStation. To transfer the game data to your USB, you have to go to the home screen of your PlayStation and then click on settings in the top right corner of your screen. After that, go to save data and game app settings.
After this, select the PlayStation from which you have to save the data of your game to USB. If you want PlayStation 4 game data, then you have to select PlayStation 4 and then click on Console Storage. If you want to access your backup data, you have to go to settings and then click on the System. After that, select System Software, click on Backup and Restore and then select Restore PS5. You need to select the backup that you just created and then click on Restore.
