You will need to boot up your game and open your map; you will find the police station located in G5 on the right side of the map. You have to go through a locked armoury door, and you will find the Locker key location.
Once you reach the police station, park your car on the side, get out of the vehicle and go up the stairs. But you must ensure no Cop sees you and go through the main lobby. Then again, go up the stairs straight, and you will find a door on your left at the end of the lobby. It is the police armory door, you have to unlock it with a key, and you will find the Police locker inside this room.
