Gek relics and Geknip can both be acquired fairly easily. But before anything, you have to be in a Gek system before you can actually start looking for Gek relics and Nip. So make sure you’re in one before anything.
There are a few ways you can find them and they are fairly easy to get. You just need a decent amount of units if your buying a whole lot of them (maybe 400,000-1,000,000 units) now one way you can find them is by finding any traders at space stations or trade stations standing next to their ships. If you check their inventories, there is a chance they could have both Geknip and Gek relics that you can buy.
You can also get it by sending out frigates on expeditions if you have a capital ship/freighter. Or you can find them on wandering traders which you can randomly find in systems by simply using your pulse drive around the system.
