This guide will let you know how to get Oull in Warframe.
There are two ways to get the Oull requiem mod, the first way is by getting it from your Lich. The Oull mod has about a 25% chance to drop from your Kuva Lich; however, you can only trigger him to potentially drop the mod by guessing the correct mod in the sequence.
The other way you can get the Oull requiem mod is by simply transmuting other req mods that you already have at a small chance that you will get the Oull req mod.
