You will need to remain airborne for 10 seconds.
The easiest place to complete this is in the mirror sea region.
You have to ride to the top of this cloud pillar and find the flowers in the acid.
After that, take the flowers to the top and behind the waterfall.
Using the hole in the middle of the room, you will fall to the other side of the island.
If you position yourself in the middle of the freefall, you can fall back and forth from one side to the other.
You will need to make sure not to touch the sides, and after 10 seconds, you can land, and the trophy will pop up.
You can use the time to slow down and double jump to keep yourself in the middle.
