The first thing you need to do is to use quartz stone blocks and make a 3*3 wall. Leave a space of two blocks and built another 3*3 quartz stone wall.
Place oak signs on the inner edges of both walls. This will help to stop the out flow of lava.
Dig the center area between these two walls and place smooth quartz blocks on the ground. Move to the top of the wall and place a dispenser in the middle and quartz blocks on either side of the dispenser.
Palace the smooth quartz blocks at the top between two walls. And add a lava bucket in each of the dispensers. Then use red stone dust on the sides of the walls.
Move back downwards and place a lever on both sides of the wall. Pull the lever down to start the flow of lava and bring it up to stop the flow.
