2. Suppose, your sim owns a house in MT. Komorebi and you want to have another house in Sulani.
3. You have to change the world and select the SULANI World.
4. You can buy an empty lot and build your new house there or buy a ready-furnished house.
5. The first step is to have enough money to buy your new house!
6. As you know sims 4 doesn’t allow us to buy another house, so you have to buy a retail store and treat it like it is a second house! Click on the icon at the bottom right corner to see your owned businesses.
7. Then click on “Select An Option” to buy a retail store. After that, you need to choose the world you want your retail store in. In this, it is the SULANI World.
8. Now you can choose to buy an empty lot and build your house there or a ready-furnished house in the name of a retail store. First, you have to go to buy the empty lot!
9. It will ask you to transfer funds into your business, you can transfer money from your main house into your new one! The amount of money to transfer can vary and it is up to you.
10. After that, you are ready to build your second house. But before that, you must buy and place a cash register otherwise it will not work. You can hide it in your house where ever you like.
11. Make a room and then place the cash register in it. When you are done building, click live mode!
12. Now you have two houses. you can control your sims back and forth between your houses. Click on the “care for self” icon at the bottom of the screen to bring in other sims at this location.
13. You need to keep this store closed as you are going to use it as your second house.
14. You can also sell this store whenever you want to or can also use it for retail purposes as well.
