This guide will let you know how to Rent a Server at GPORTAL for Minecraft.
1- First, you have to open the G-Portal and then click on the My server tab from the left side of your screen. You must click on the + button to add a new server. it will take a couple of seconds to load the server’s page. After reaching the server page you have to write Minecraft in the search bar on the right side of your screen. Then you have to click on the add button. You have to set the slots to 10.
2- After creating the server, you need to click on the settings button, and then click on basic settings on the left side. First, you have to give a name to your server and then add a description for your server. After that, create a password for your server, set the Min free slots for the user to 1, and set the maximum number of players to 10. You have to turn ON the list of your master server. You also have to turn ON the secure option.
3- After this, scroll down and navigate under the broadcasting message. Click on ADD and then enable the Active button. Here you have to set the time to 10 minutes. Then under the message, you need to type the message you want to broadcast.
4- Now you have to navigate under the Extended tab, and keep all the settings to default. But in case you want to change something, then you can set it up according to your choice.
5- In case of a whitelist, you have to click on the Add button and then you have to type the name of the whitelist. It will show you the unique user ID. In the case of the operator, you have to come under the manage Ops tab and then click on the Add button. After that, enter the name, and it will give you the unique ID. You can set the level according to your choice, If you want to ban someone then you have to enter the name of the person you want to add under the ban tab. After this, you have to click on the save button in the top right corner of the screen.
6- After saving all the settings, you have to boot up the game and then copy the IP from the GPortal under Minecraft. Then click on the Start button to start the server and wait for a few minutes for the start of the server. Once the server start, you have to load the game, then click on add a server and add the name of the server. After that, add the IP under it and click on the Done button.
