1. First, make sure your sim has social interaction with other sims at least one time. Click on the relationship tab and then select all sims from the first option at the bar.
2. Then click on the phone icon from the bottom left corner, select the social option and choose the video call from the list.
3. Then choose the sim you want to take on the video call.
