Where to find Prawn Suit Fragments in Subnautica

This guide will tell you where to find Prawn Suit fragments and get the Prawn Suit Blueprint in Subnautica.
To get the prawn suit blueprint, you will need to scan four prawn suit fragments in total, and there are 4 different places you can potentially get fragments from.

The first place you can head to is the wreck in the sea treaders path biome. You can get to it by using the coral tube that sticks out of the water as your starting point and heading about one in half notches to the right of the southwest on your compass until you reach a large wreck in the sea treaders path biome.

When going there, it is recommended to have a sea moth with perimeter defense and a knife. You will need a laser cutter to access all parts of the wreck, and a flashlight helps you to see as you move throughout the wreck; a high-capacity 02 tank is also good to have as well.

The main issue you’ll encounter at the wreck is warpers, which can teleport you when you are out and in your vehicle. You can use perimeter defense against them, although getting close before they warp away may be hard. If one does warp you, you can use your knife to attack it, and once you have done enough damage, it will run and warp away.

The next place you can get fragments is at the wreck in the underwater islands, which you can reach by using the same starting point and heading north until you reach a wreck in the underwater islands.

It is recommended to bring a sea moth with an MK1-MK2 depth module and perimeter defense, a high capacity 02 tank, and a repair tool; you will need a laser cutter and a flashlight to help you see.

The main threat you will encounter while at this wreck are bone sharks, which can be very annoying as they tend to attack your sea moth even while you aren’t in it. You can use perimeter defense against them to ward them off. It is recommended to leave your vehicle in a place without many benchmarks so it doesn’t take too much damage. You can also kill them pretty easily using a knife as well.

The next place you can get fragments is at a mountain biome wreck. You can reach this wreck by using the same starting point as you did in the beginning, the coral tube, and heading about two notches to the right of the northeast until you reach a wreck in the mountains biome.

While going to the mountains, it is recommended to have a sea moth with an MK2 depth module, perimeter defense, at least a high-capacity 02 tank, and a stasis rifle if you have one. You will need a laser cutter and a flashlight helps as well when navigating through the wreck.

The two main threats you will encounter near this wreck are reaper leviathans and warpers, you can deal with warpers the same way you did before, but with reapers, I would try to avoid them as best as you can; if you can’t avoid them then you can use perimeter defense to ward them off or user the stasis rifle if you have it, to freeze them and get away.

The last place you can check for fragments is the aurora, which you can reach simply by looking at it and heading toward the front of the aurora after it has exploded.

All you need to bring is a sea moth to get to the aurora faster and a survival knife; you will need both a laser cutter and repair tool and a fire extinguisher which you can get as you enter the ship.

You won’t really encounter any big threats in the ship, aside from bleeders and cave crawlers, both of which you can kill easily using the knife, so they aren’t that much of a threat, and they don’t do that much damage either.

Also, on your way to the aurora, there might be a reaper in the general area of the front of the aurora. If you run into it on your way to the aurora, you can have perimeter defense on your sea moth if you want, just so if you run into it, you are at least prepared to ward it off.

You can get over the barricade by sprinting onto the box from the stairs/ramp.
