First, you must ensure you’ve unlocked the bang and the nab sack to capture magical beasts. You can find the Unicorn pet just north of Hogsmeade and southeast of the most northern town.
So make your way to this location, get close to the pets and use the leviosa spell to lift them off the ground. After that, use your nab sack to capture them as normal.
