Class Gadgets

Med Pen

Repair Tool
Repair Tool is a tool for the Engineer class that you can use to repair allied vehicles and gadgets. You can also use it to damage and destroy enemies. You can repair it for about 8 seconds before the tool overheats, and then it has around 3 seconds of cooldown. Its duration depends on the time you have used the tool. You can only revive manually when you access the defibrillator with a gadget button. You need to hold the Trigger button to charge the gadget and then release it to revive. When you charge the gadget, a small semi-circle will appear in the middle of the screen, indicating how long it takes to fully charge the fibrillator. When the white circle is full, you will revive with 100 health. If you tap the trigger, you will revive with 25 health.
The charge-up times for a full revive are the same as for the interaction revive. When you are sure you can go for the revive, and there are no threads around, you can stick to the interaction revive because it gives full health to your teammates. But the manual defibrillator comes in handy in more dangerous situations with enemies around. The down teammates can be seen by the typical icon above their bodies, and if you want to tell a Down Soldier that you are coming for the revive, you can point your Crosshair at their icon and toggle the Ping button to give them a message.

Insertion Beacon
The last Gadget is for the Recon class, called Insertion Beacon. You can use it as an additional deployment point for you and your squad mates. You can place it at different locations, and you and your squad mates can spawn up to four times on it before it destroys. You cannot spawn at the beacon of your teammates, and they can’t spawn at your beacon. It is recommended to place a new one when you spawn on it yourself. It can be resupplied at normal ammo crates and not only at Angel’s Loadout drop. You cannot have more than one big on the map at any time.
