1- First you have to go to the Xbox home screen and then you have to highlight your Xbox live profile icon and then you have to press A on your X box controller. . A menu will appear on the left side of your screen. now you have to select the people icon on the top of the menu by using the level analog key. Now you have to click on the find someone option.
2- Now the on-screen keyboard will pop up in front of you. Where you have to enter the email of the person you are looking for.
3- After finding that person click on its name and then you have to press the start button and then from the option you have to click on the block.
4- If a person is already blocked and you want to unblock him then in the same options list you will get the unblock option. You have to click on unblock to unblock that person.
