Delete Objects
You will need to press the Triangle button on your controller to bring up your phone and then go close to the thing that you want to delete or replace. When you go close, it will highlight the item and make sure that you have been close enough. After selecting the item, you have to press the left d-pad button and it will delete that object. You can keep pressing it and keep deleting the items. You can do this to almost all items in the game.
Reset Island
For this, you have to press the option and then go to the menu on the left side of the screen. After that, select the My Island option, navigate to tools by using the r2 key and select the reset Island option. It will remove all the things you have created and will turn the island into its original state. So you have to press X to confirm and it will kick you out of the island and you will be at the Hub.
After that, run back to the portal and launch into the portal. By default, the tilted tower map will be selected. Now you have to travel to your Island and you will find that there will be no items, you have to build your Island again.
