Nvidia Settings
1- First, right-click on the desktop and open the NVidia control panel.
2- On the top left side, you have to click on the “Adjust image settings with preview”, use the advanced 3D image settings selected and then click on Apply. After that, launch the game and see if it fixes your problem.
3- Now head to Manage 3D settings, then go to the second option, program settings. Select the game and then select a program to customize, scroll all the way down to Power management mod, and set it to maximum performance.

5- After that, scroll down to anisotropic optimization and enable this. You must allow Negative lod Bois and set the texture filtering quality to high performance. Try linear optimization to threaded optimization and then click on Apply.

7- Expand the Display adapter as it will show you your graphics card, then right-click on it and click on disable the device. After that, enable it back, and then click on Update Drivers.
RPC3 Settings
1- First, boot the Emulator, click on configuration on the top of the screen, and select GPU from the drop-down menu.
2- Then go to the graphics tab and checkmark all three options under the Graphics settings.
3- You need to set the API to Vulkan, then set the resolution according to your monitor’s native resolution.
4- After that, click on advanced from the top, and make sure that V-sync is not turned ON.
