1- First, restart the game; if you have launched the game, close it and then restart it, and then check the controller to see if it is working.

2- If your controller is still not working, you must restart your PC and then check your controller.

3- Open up Steam, go to the library, and find the game. After finding the game, right-click on it, click on the properties, and tap on the controller tab; you have to select disable Steam input and then check the controller. If this does not help, then go back and enable Steam input.
