- First, you have to open Steam on your computer. Once Steam is opened, click the library from the quick access toolbar.
- After that, right-click the Starbound game from the left side panel and select the View community hub option.
- Upon reaching this window, click the Workshop option from the quick access toolbar.
- Click the Elemental fume thrower from the menu to install it.
- After that, you have to click the Subscribe button from this menu.
- Now go back to the previous window and click the Your files option from the top right side.
- Tap the subscribed items from the listings to check all your subscribed mods.
- After that, you need to click the play button from the library window.
