If you want to show / hide the walls in The Sims 4, then this guide will help you to do so.
1. You will need to click on the same button as shown in the image below to make changes in the Home.
2. Click on this highlighted icon from icon’s list at the top right to see the walls cutaway view.
3. And then you have to press it again to see walls up view.
