Scope Out: Mission
First, make sure that you have a salvage yard, head there, and log into your computer. You need to select the vehicle for your robbery mission and you will find that the max sell value is $395,000 and a salvage value is $316,000.
The first one is Scope Out: Mission Row Police Station, where you need to head to the police station and take some photos of a few locations around it. Head to the roof of the vintage point and take a picture of a blue target area, and an AC unit.

Panning work mission

Optional Tasks

The first optional task is Disrupt Equipment where you need to make your way to the LSPD lockup and head inside the building. Once you get inside, use a bomb to destroy the LSPD equipment then pick up the schedule from the table and exit. After that, destroy some LSPD equipment throughout the map to complete the task.
Tasks
The next thing you have to do is complete the tasks, in free mode, they are marked with a green duffel bag icon on the map. Once you get close, you’ll find a green corridor ring, just head up it to start the task.
For the first one, you need to pick up the getaway vehicle, just head inside the building, and kill the bad guys out there. After that, pick any getaway vehicle you want and then stash it at a marked location.
The next task is called the Weapon Stash, you need to head to the Los Santos Gun Club and find the unmarked weapons. Pick up a green duffel bag and exit the building.
After that stash this duffle bag at the police station to complete the task.
Now you have to open up your map and head to the following location for the next task.
Once you get there, you have to open the back side of the police vehicle and steal the stun guns. After that, get on your vehicle and deliver these guns back to your salvage yard to complete the task.
The last task is called the Optional Mask, you just need to head to the mask shop and pick up a mask to complete it. Now you will be able to start the actual robbery to pick the Grotti Omaggio.
Robbery mission
Head to the Police Maverick and fly it to the market location near the AC unit you’ve taken the picture of. After that, drop tear gas inside the ventilation unit, policemen will open the door and you can head down.
After that, head down to the basement and use the keys to open King Tiny’s cell.
He will hack the pin code, you need to escort Tiny King to the exit. Pick up the stashed weapons to blow up the door and exit it out on a vehicle.
Now you have to drive the car through the tunnel and take King Tiny to LSIA. Once you get there, he will jump on his chopper and give you all the information about Omaggio before running away.

Now you are ready to sell the Omaggio, you will have a choice to sell it to Yusuf for $395,000 or salvage the parts for $316,000. If you salvage it, then you don’t need to drive the vehicle to Yousef. It is recommended to sell the Omaggio to Yusuf to get the maximum amount. So in this case, you need the vehicle to the terminal. You will only get three robbery missions per week.
