Host Online

You need to follow the steps below to host an online session of Dinkum. 

1. First, create your character and unlock the multiplayer feature by progressing through your first day.
2. Go to the main menu and tap on “Multiplayer”. 
3. Click on “Character” to choose the character you want, and then choose the type of game you want to host.
4. After that, tap on “Host Game” to create the game session and wait for your friends to join the game session. 
5. You can invite your friends via Steam Invite, or they can find the game session through the game browser.
6. Now you can play together with your friends to progress through the game.

Join Online

If you want to join an online session of Dinkum, follow the steps below. There are three methods to do so, and you can follow any of them. 

Method 1:

1. First, create your character and unlock the multiplayer feature by progressing through your first day.
2. Go to the main menu and select “Multiplayer”. 
3. Choose the character you want to use and then select “Open Games” to view the list of available games.
4. After that, select the game to join it.
5. Now you can play together with your friends to progress through the game.

Method 2:

1. Create your character and unlock the multiplayer feature by progressing through your first day.
2. Go to the main menu and select “Multiplayer”. 
3. Choose the character you want to use and select “LAN / IP Connect” to enter the game session’s IP address manually. 
4. Input the IP address and tap “Join Game” to join the game session.
5. Now you can play together with your friends to progress through the game.

Method 3:

1. Create your character and unlock the multiplayer feature by progressing through your first day.
2. Your friend needs to send you a Steam Invite, and you can use it to join the game. 
3. Accept the invite, and the game will automatically take you to the game session.
4. Now you can play together with your friends to progress through the game.
