The first thing you will need to do is boot up the game and go to the frequency room. In the room, you will find machines and wires which will connect to each other on the outside of the room. You will find a screen in the center of the room and the screen will tell you in which order they need to be activated.
After that, go to the first machine and set its frequency by scrolling it. The machine light will turn green which means it is ON. Remember you have to activate the machines in the right order; otherwise, they will fail. Then go to the next machine and turn it on by setting the frequency. You have to turn on all the machines.
