The first way you can farm Orokin cells is by running the two-boss assassination mission on Ceres. It’s a fairly low-level and straightforward mission, so that you can complete it with ease at most levels.
As you’re going throughout the mission, make sure to keep your eye out for cell arrays as they can spawn randomly in the mission. And either of the bosses can drop Orokin cells when killed, and if you’re lucky, then in some cases, both the bosses may drop a cell each.
The other way to farm Orokin cells is by again going to Ceres but running the dark sector survival node (Gabll) instead of the assassination nome.
With these types of missions, you must search at least the majority of the map before camping somewhere. While searching, you have to open just about all the crates/lockers that you come across since you can get cells from there on some occasions.
You may get at least one cell at the 10 minutes mark, then extract and come back again just for time’s sake.
