This guide will let you know how to change Pronouns (Existing Sim) in The Sims 4. You will need a mirror for this.
First, you have to make sure that you have a mirror, then click on it and select the “Change Sim” option. After that, click your sim’s name at the top left corner of the screen and the Pronouns settings will appear. Now you need to tap on your pronouns.
You will also have the option to select custom pronouns. Hit Done and go into Create a Sim (CAS). Click on Change Sim and check if it works.
