1- First you have to open the Steam app and then click on the library at the top of your screen. A list of games will appear under the library. You need to select the game whose language you want to change, then right-click on it and go to properties.

From the drop-down menu, you need to select the language of your own choice and then click on the Download button. It will download the language file for your game.
Once the download completes, you have to launch the game. Now the game will launch in the language that you have selected.
3- If you want to change the Steam client language, then you have to click on the Steam button in the top left corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear and you need to click on the settings. After that, click on the interface on the left side of your screen. Then on the top, you will see the option to change your language. Click on the drop-down menu to change the language of your own choice. After changing the language, you need to click on Ok and then restart Steam.
