How To Fix 0 Activated PS4, But Still Cannot Activate PS4 As Primary

This guide will let you know how to fix 0 Activated PS4, But Still Cannot Activate PS4 As Primary error. Follow the steps in this guide to get rid of this error.  

To solve this issue, you first have to deactivate all PlayStation 4 consoles and activate your PlayStation 4 as a main primary PlayStation. You will need to go to the internet browser and then the Sony Account Management website. When you get there, you will find a feature to deactivate the account, and you can only do this after every six months. It will resolve the issue. 

If you cannot activate your account, you have to change the password first, then log out and log back in. Try again to solve this error, and if the issue is not solved, you have to log out again and create a new user for the psn account. 

Then you will need to log in with that user, go to settings, and click on Account Management. You have to try to activate your PS4, as shown in the image below.  

After that, deactivate it and then reactivate it with your original PSN account to solve the issue.

When you open the link, you have to provide details regarding your account, as shown in the image below.  

After inputting the information, you have to click on the Request Chat button and wait for your turn to chat with the support team. When you get connected with them, you have to tell them about the situation that you have deactivated everyone, but still, you don’t activate your account as a primary on your PlayStation 4. They will ask you a few questions about the serial number and some more information; then, they will activate your PlayStation 4 from their side.
